4 – The data subject may, at any time, exercise the following rights with Mundicenter, preferably by written communication to rgpd@mundicenter.pt or to the registered office address:

a) The right to access personal data and request its consultation, rectification, updating or erasure, as well as restriction of processing
b) The right to object to the processing of personal data
c) The right to data portability
d) The right to withdraw consent regarding the processing of personal data contained in this document
e) The right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority under Portuguese law, obtaining the relevant contact details from Mundicenter for that purpose
f) The right to obtain information from Mundicenter regarding the purposes of processing, the categories of data involved, the identity of the recipients to whom the data has been disclosed and the retention period or the criteria used to determine such period
g) The right to be informed about which personal data is being processed and to obtain a copy of such data, which will be provided in electronic format unless otherwise requested
h) The right to obtain from Mundicenter the rectification of inaccurate personal data or to complete incomplete data
i) The right to obtain from Mundicenter the erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”) without undue delay, obliging Mundicenter to delete such data, namely where compliance with a legal obligation is required, or where the data subject has objected to the processing and/or withdrawn previously given consent
