About us
Founded in 1983, Mundicenter is a company of the Alves Ribeiro Group operating in the real estate management and development sector, with activity across four main areas: Shopping Centers, Offices, Consultancy and Maintenance Services.
In 1985, Mundicenter launched the first major shopping center in Portugal, Amoreiras Shopping Center. Today, it owns and manages 9 shopping centers, with a total Gross Lettable Area of 226 522 m².
The group’s shopping centers welcome approximately 59 million visitors annually.
